About Us

DBL Vehicle department with the total strength of 46 is handling the total fleet of 11400 vehicles/ machinery spread over about 49 locations across the country with the following responsibilities :
a) Statutory Requirements of the Government in terms & conditions of the Transport Authorities of all the states for operations of the fleet b) Existence of all required updated documents against 100% vehicles / machinery of the company c) “Zero” Discrepancy in maintaining the documents against each vehicle/ machinery d) Whole fleet is covered under insurance policy at any/ all the time without fail e) Cost cutting in case of insurance of the vehicles/ machinery by creating the competition among the vendors (insurance companies) and getting the best quotes and finalizing the same f) The claim settlement process is being monitored very closely through S.O.P. resulting to the speedy action in settlement g) The mobilization of the vehicle/ machinery being done & monitored through the S.O.P. resulting to the smooth movement without much unexpected financial set backs
